Cantonese Soy Sauce Noodles
Instructions
- Cut scallion into smaller chunks, then cut each of the chunks into long strips (i.e. length wise, i.e. hotdog style)
- Add canola oil to wok, wait for oil to heat up, and stir fry the noodles until they start to brown
- Add bean sprouts and any other vegetables
- Add a few swirls of soy sauce, a dash of dark soy sauce, and a sprinkle of sugar
- Mix well and taste and season as needed
