Carrot Cake
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Beat eggs, oil, sugar, and vanilla
- Mix in flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon
- Stir in carrots
- Fold in pecans
- Bake 45 minutes
- Turn out cake from pan onto wire rack to cool
- Frost the cake once it is cool
