Chicken and Onion Stir Fry
Instructions
- Thinly slice chicken thigh
- Slice onion
- Add a little oil to wok and turn flame to high
- Stir fry chicken until cooked
- Remove the chicken from the wok
- Stir fry onion until translucent
- Add some water to wok and close the lid to deglaze the wok
- Turn off the flame and re-add the cooked chicken and mix well
