Shanghai Wheat Gluten

Instructions

  1. Rip wheat gluten into bite size pieces and soak in soy sauce
  2. Remove hard part of golden needle flower
  3. Remove hard part of cloud ear fungus
  4. Slice bamboo shoots
  5. Remove hard stem of chinese mushroom and slice in half
  6. Heat up wok with canola oil
  7. Add wheat gluten and stir fry until golden brown (may require more oil)
  8. Add remaining ingredients
  9. Stir fry until everything is cooked
  10. Taste and season as needed
