Shanghai Wheat Gluten
Instructions
- Rip wheat gluten into bite size pieces and soak in soy sauce
- Remove hard part of golden needle flower
- Remove hard part of cloud ear fungus
- Slice bamboo shoots
- Remove hard stem of chinese mushroom and slice in half
- Heat up wok with canola oil
- Add wheat gluten and stir fry until golden brown (may require more oil)
- Add remaining ingredients
- Stir fry until everything is cooked
- Taste and season as needed
